Return Policy

Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:

you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, Please EMAIL: and start the returns process by purchasing a shipping label. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  

Lingerie and Beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not
filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order.

*All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an OMG Boudoir/Fit E-Gift Card.*

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and proceed with proper action. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest and most effective way to ensure an efficient exchange, is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. 

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
This can happen if: 
1.) an address is invalid or missing information, 
2.) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, 
3.) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.

Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an OMG E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge.

We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.


We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

*Reserved Rights Regarding Returns*


We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:


-An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
-An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

-Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above. 

These are just necessary precautions taken to ensure the protection of both buyer and seller. Again, Thank you for your purchase and support.
